Valerie Bertinelli is an american actress who was most famous for her role on the CBS series “One Day At A Time” which aired on CBS in the 70’s. However Valerie ahs gained recent fame as the latest Jenny Craig Spokeswomen.
Valerie was only 15 years old when she joined the cast of “One Day At A Time” ans she grew up in front of America.
In 1981 she married Edward Van Halen, guitarist for Van Halen. At the time she was likened to Yoko Ono. It was rumored that David Lee Roth was not too fond of the public romance between Vallerie and Eddie. He felt it did not fit the party hardy image of the band.
Bertinelli went on to star is several “made for TV” folms and appeared in several television series including “Touched By An Angel”.
She filed for divorce in 2005 fron Eddie. Many were surprised the romance lasted as long as it did.
Valerie Bertinelli is the current spokesperson for Jenny Craig diet system.
