I admit. I can’t stop thinking about Salma Hayeks boobs. I’ll also admit that I am usually the last person to know when someone gets breast implants.
Using the power of the internet I have unleashed my superior investigative skills to determine if Salma’s ample bosoms have been enhanced.
For your consideration please review these pictures of Salma Hayek from early in her career and then compare to the last few pics.
if Salam Hayek did get a boob job I have to say it is was a very good one. Her boobs look soft and seem to move naturally. If you inspect closely you will also notice some stretch marks. I’m not sure if that means anything.

She is much more lean in the first photos. The boobs are one of the first places to go in the weight department. Look at her chest between the boobs. You can even see her ribs. This is a tel tale sigh of being real lean. The other photos show she had gained weight in the boobs and I’d venture a bet she also gained in the butt as well. Show some pictures around the same time to subsgtantiate my theory. Another way to tell is the movement. Fake one stay completely still and don’t move eve during vigorious sex as anyone that has them will tell you. Just chenk out the movie Desporado when she was running and jumping with Antonio, there is plenty of bouncing going on. It was the momentum of her boobs that got hthem both across that 20 foot jump across and over the building like an invisible pole vault!

I do believe her boobs are fake. True she gained weight but not enough to change her breast size. Boobs are only get really bigger (like from B cup to C cup) when yo gain over 25 lbs. Looks like her doctor was good though

I agree with you, Julia. I mean she hasn’t even gained that much more weight from what I see in the pictures. She gained probably 5 lbs before the weight gain from pregnancy. Also, look at earlier of pictures of her on actress archives. I’m sorry but gaining five to ten pounds will not increase that dramatically. Anyway, what’s wrong with her having fake boobs? She’s already had other work done on her. Basically everyone in Hollywood has had work done.

Well done, but still fake. It’s not a Pam Anderson type job- you know, the kind where it’s so fake that you might as well attach basketballs to your chest. But in some recent movies you can tell that there is a bit more “stiffness” (no pun intended, the breasts are not as motile), and also they do look much bigger even when accounting for her slight weight gain.
The bottom line is that they are likely fake but that the actual implants are relatively small, thusly allowing her to achieve a more Dolly Parton type boob appearance (Dolly’s are fake as well) than, say, a Denise Richards or Pam Anderson.

i have to disagree with julia – i went from a C to a DD when i gained about 20 pounds in the years after college. and i have since lost those 20 pounds but my boobs are STILL DDs. and she’s pregnant now, of course her boobs would be bigger. plus, her boobs hang lower than those with breast implants. most implants raise boobs up. either way, whether she’s had implants or not, she looks fantastic.

As for whether they are fake, I think that she got a slight enhancement between the filming of her film Ask the Dusk and the filming of Ugly Betty. As everyone here knows, she was fully nude in the former. In that scene her breasts look very natural. In the notorious elevator scene, her breasts indeed look *much* bigger than before. (This was well before she was pregnant.) I think that, as she was getting older, she was afraid they were starting to sag. As her career obviously depends on her body (as anyone can tell by looking at her resume), she had them done. I suspect that she intentionally did a nude scene *just before* the surgery so as to belie and/or confuse anyone who would later claim that hers were fake.

the later pics of her breasts where taken when she was pregnate! any woman small or big breasted explodes when she gets milk. the fact that the bra industry has changed dramaticly in the last 10 years to amplify what a woman has or doesnt have makes a big difference in the way breasts look too…. and yes fake ones dont move, even when you have a good doctor. Tell tale sign, when she lays on her back if her boobs dont try to go into her armpit or side, they are fake.

I totally agree with Willis’ analysis. Big boobs or not, Hayek is both amazingly beautiful and an extremely savvy business woman. The fact that she has seemed to show them off more in the past few years (even pre-pregnancy) makes me think that it was a career decision and she is doing her best to get a good return on her investment.

And a personal frined of mine went from 34B cup to 42DD by pregnancy and another frined of mine gains breast size with every 5 lbs gained but never loses them. So if she gained then lost and repeated the boobs will grow.

it’s probably because she gained weight after her baby. Also she’s big into the whole breast feeding thing too if you saw that thing with her and the african child (she breast-fed a starving baby? okay, i have natural big boobs…
the weight of my boobs caused my skin to have stretchmarks…they’re worse now, because i started working out alot and lost about a cup size in the boobs. i used to be a natural DD, and now i’m a big C. thanks to the weight loss, i have horrible stretchmarks because nothing is filling out all the skin.
selma had a kid, so yeah, her boobs are bigger…naturally.
i don’t have kids, but most women i know who’ve had kids tend to grow a cup or two. i am afraid to even see how big my boobs will get, should i ever have kids. ugh.

real boobs will have stretchmarks…i started getting them at around 18/19 around my boobs. girls with implants get stretch marks for the same reason girls with real boobs get them…the boobs are heavy and pull the skin.

My breasts grew a lot during breast feeding. I lost the pregnancy weight and am no longer nursing but my breasts are still a lot larger. I went from wearing a 32B to a 32E after two pregnancies. I’m a size 2-4, so they look fairly big for my size. My mom was a C-cup, but I heard women’s breasts are getting bigger because of hormones in the water and in food. When I was breast feeding my cup size was even larger than now. I was hoping to get back down to a C cup or at least a D cup, but that has not been the case. I have no more weight to lose around my waist and my hips have shrunk down to a size 2, but the breasts remain too large to button some of my old tops and jackets over. Sometimes, I wear a minimizer and a tight camisole to make them more manageable. I don’t have any back pain and they are still perky, so that’s a plus. I hope they’ll go down two more inches. 38 is too much!
