Salma Hayek is one of then best know Latin-American actresses. She was born in Coatzacoalcos, Mexico. She began her career on Mexican television but she soon found herself in Hollywood in 1991. She appeared in “Street Justice”. “The Sinbad Show” and “Dream On” on HBO.

Hollywood began take notice of Hayek’s passion and striking look and she was tapped to play opposite Antonio Banderas in “Desperado”. Fortunately for us Salma is not shy about displaying her curves or doing nude scenes.

A memorable scene from Robert Rodriguez’s 1996 film “Dusk Till Dawn” is Salma’s amazing strip tease scene.

Salma once again worked for Robert Rodriguez in “Once Upon a Time in Mexico” which also starred Antonio Banderas and Johnny Depp. Once Upon a Time in Mexico was the third installment of the so called “Mariachi Trilogy”. The trilogy included El Mariachi, Desperado and Once Upon a Time in Mexico.

Other notable roles include the role of Rita Escobar in “Wild Wild West” which co-starred Will Smith and Kevin Kline. Another notable role was “Serendipity” in the critically acclaimed “Dogma” which also starred Ben Affleck, Matt Damon and Linda Fiorentino.

In 2002 she portrayed artist Frida Kahlo in the move Frida. Frida was the wife of artist Diego Rivera.

In 2006 Salma Hayek became an executive produce for the hit show “Ugly Betty”, Salma made a notable guest appearance in which she removed her blouse in an elevator. At the end of 2006 Salma Hayek seemed hell bent on displaying her cleavage.

Salma Hayek has joined Best Friend Penelope Cruz in the film “Bandidas”, a lightweight romp which features both women a bank-robbing duo.
