Miss America Pageant Finds New Home

It was announced today that the Miss America Pageant will move to cable channel TLC. Like most people I always get confused between Miss USA and Miss America.

• Miss USA does not have a talent portion of the contest.

• Had a scandal of Miss USA Tara Conner because she was drinking underage and partying with Miss Teen USA Katie Blair

• Miss America Pageant always tried to play down the fact it was a beauty contest.
• Hosted By Bert Parks
• Vanessa L. Williams, as seen on “Ugly Betty” was a Miss America winner and then dethroned for some “raunchy” pictures that were shot when she was younger.
