MADD is MAD at Miss Teen USA

MADD is just plain PISSED at Miss Teen USA Katie Blair and have severed ties with the beauty queen. Apparently during the Miss USA scandal it was disclosed that Miss USA Tara Conner had partied with Miss Teen USA Katie Blair.
