Joely Fisher From ‘Til Death on Fox.

I’ve been watching ‘Til Death since it’s right after American Idol and I like Brad Garrett. Joely Fisher fisher plays Garrets wife Joy. At first glance I thought it was Patricia Heaton.

You’re right, she does look like Ms. Heaton. She looks more like she did as a younger woman.
I knew her as Patty Heaton, one of our comely newsroom part time coeds at WEWS TV, Cleveland. Patty was articulate beyond her age and …reserved. I thought she was as quiet as a church mouse. She carried herself with a lot of class.
We had maybe 3 conversations in that scenario, which would have been in 1979 thru 80. She told me the story of losing her mother at a really young age. And I remember commenting to her that she had a naturally low, breathy voice. My suggestion was she might make a great living as a voice over actor. Wasn’t I a great judge of talent?
I have ‘TILL DEATH on my watch list now, Its funny and not that far removed from everybody loves raymond. Brad Garrett plays the over excited sad man very well. I also thought it was Patty Heaton at first.
