   IMHO: Cheryl’s conservativism regarding nudity played a big role in her lack of sucess beyond the stuf she did. She most certainly could have played more demanding, challenging roles that naturally carried the necessary nudity needed to sell tickets.

   Nudity certainly didn’t hurt the likes of Susan Sarandon, Meryle Streep, etc. It is too bad, I think she could have been way more then cutesy actress. I think the same is going to happen for Amy Adams (Enchanted) who is locked into that “innocent” role playing.

   It does seem like todays actresses have more longevity in their careers. There are so many outlets now available to keep their names out there. What has Jessica Alba done that allows her to still be a well known actress?

   But yeah. I wish Cheryl took more roles alomg the lines of Marisa Tomei who is is not afraid to get nude in front of a camera.
