Picture #2 was taken at LAX the week before picture #1. Even the fantastic Catherine Bell would have had residule swelling and bruising has she had a nose job. i think you are way off base re. plastic surgery.
There is no doubt that Catherine Bell is the victim of bad plastic surgery. Her tip was drastically reduced to the point where it looks unnatural and pinched. Fortunately, reconstructive surgery is available to build the nose back up by taking cartilage from behind the ears or from the rib.
