Is it me or is Hilary Duff starting to look more and more like Lindsay Lohan ? These are pictures of Duff at a recent War Inc. screening. Apparently I thought she looked like Nicole Richie a few years ago. Not sure what I was thinking. While the tweens go gaga over Hanna Montana Hilary Duff seems like a distant memory. I suppose to a teenager 5 or 6 years is a lifetime. That’s when Hilary Duff owned the scene as Lizzie McGuire.
