Please could you help me? I currently own, a just this minute broken Lateral Thigh Trainer!!! One of the metal arms underneath the m/c has snapped. I would like to order a new arm. Is this possible? I have seen your commercial on the Air Climber and it looks fantastic. However, I have read 46 reviews on this product and the majority are complaining about the poor quality of the product. They do not complain about the idea of the workout itself but, rather, the breakdown of the bellows and structure of the product. Some had it break within a few uses and others had parts broken when first opening the box. Some also returned the order for a brand new system and had the same breakdown product. Others even had trouble contacting the shipper or manufacturer and getting the item returned or refunded. According to the commercial, it is supposed to be built for daily workouts up to an hour or more. Also, according to the website, it is supposed to be easy to return for a new one or a full refund.
My question today is whether improvements have recently been made to make this a durable product which will last a long time for people who work out regularly on it and up to 300 lbs. as the commercial states. (A couple reviewers even stated that they thought this product was really intended for people who were already thin, would probably not use it very much and just put it in storage, or find it too much trouble to send it back).
I sincerely hope this product has been reconstructed to such durability that one can order it without running into the problems repeated many times by the reviews I read. I am sure you stand behind products that are high quality and wonder if you have current information on these problems. Thank you.

dear brenda, i purchased the life gear walker and is looking for the pulley fro both sides. one side frayed and so i am unable to do my work-out. can you tell me where i can find the part?. the pulley looks like a bungy cord. i am lost without my walker. serial #000358. thanks for an early reply
